Naturally Sweet: Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler with Date Sugar
This Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler is naturally sweetened with date sugar, no refined sugar, no gluten, just warm, juicy goodness in every bite.
There’s something nostalgic about peach cobbler, warm, juicy fruit bubbling under a golden crust. But traditional versions are often loaded with refined sugar and gluten, which can leave us feeling anything but our best.
This version? It’s different, in the best way.
I swapped the sugar for date sugar, a mineral-rich, whole-food sweetener made from dried ground dates. It brings a deep, caramel-like flavor without the crash. The topping is gluten-free, using almond and coconut flour for a crumbly, tender bite that pairs perfectly with the peaches.
This cobbler is:
Gluten-free
Refined sugar-free
Dairy-optional
Simple to make
Whether you’re living sugar-conscious, following a gluten-free lifestyle, or just craving a cleaner dessert that actually tastes amazing, this one’s for you.
